These are all of the songs Link can learn in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Click on the note to play the song, then rock out. Hard.
¯ Zelda's Lullaby
Though it bears Zelda's name, this is actually the Song of the Royal Family and has represented the monarchs of Hyrule for ages. The song is recognized by the leaders of the other races and by using this song, Link establishes himself as having a connection with the Royal Family. By teaching Link this song, Zelda shows that she places much trust in him. The song is only passed down to members of the Royal Family and has the ability to open the way to places that may have otherwise been unaccessable to commoners. At the end of Ocarina of Time, Zelda uses this song to send Link back to his childhood.
¯ Epona's Song
A song close to Malon's heart, it was sung to her by her mother. Malon shares this with Link when he comes to visit her at the ranch when they are children. Epona's Song is able to soothe the uncontrollable horse, Epona, and allow Link to befriend her. Link can also play Epona's song to call the mare to him.
¯ Saria's Song
This is the first ocarina song Link receives, taught to him by his best friend, Saria. The song serves as a link between him and Saria, and he can speak to her whenever he wishes just by playing the notes. It is an upbeat and joyful tune which echoes in the Lost Woods.
¯ Sun's Song
A song hidden in an underground tomb, it was written by the Composer Brothers who served the Royal Family long ago. When played, day immediately becomes night, or night day. It also possesses the power to freeze the living dead.
¯ Song of Time
Zelda teaches Link this song in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, at a time when they must part ways. The Song of Time is used to open the Door of Time that has the Master Sword sealed away inside it. In Majora's Mask, Zelda finds the Song of Time a bit more sentimental, telling Link that it reminds her of them. In Termina, it is the Song of Time, not Zelda's Lullaby like in OoT, that can manipulate time.
¯ Song of Storms
The song causes the sky to rain, and when played inside Kakariko Village's windmill, makes it spin out of control. The man inside the windmill is the one who teaches the song to adult Link, but claims he first heard the song seven years ago when a child came in and played it on his ocarina.
¯ Minuet of Forest
The warp song to the Forest Temple, it is a song in memory of youth.
¯ Bolero of Fire
The "Bolero of Fire" is dedicated to the power of the heart. When played, it warps Link to the Fire Temple.
¯ Serenade of Water
